How to Search on Searchable Schedule

Searchable Class Schedule

Find classes quickly, check availability in real-time, and copy the CRN to add to your registration system.

Step 1:

Visit noce.edu/schedule and click on the “Search Classes” button under “Need to search through the class schedule?“

Step 2:

Click on “Term” and in the drop-down select the NOCE semester term you want to register for.

Step 3:

To see all scheduled courses, scroll down the Search Results. Use the arrows to view more. For extra filter steps, jump to step 4.

Optional: If you know the course name, 5-digit CRN, or keywords, type them into the search bar and click the magnifying glass button called ALL. Click Open Classes to view courses with open seats and no waitlist.

Tip: Click ALL to reset your results.

Step 4:

More filter options – Note: After you pick a filter, the Search Results update automatically. Filters are optional, not required.

College – Narrow your class search by area

Subject – Pick a general subject area

• If you choose a College, the Subject list will only show subjects offered at that location. To see more subjects, leave the College filter blank.

Instructional Mode – How the class is taught

• HY. Hybrid: Some work is online in Canvas, and some is in person on set days/times. You must do both.
• 72. Online: All work is online and done on your own time (asynchronous), or a mix of asynchronous work with required live sessions on set days/times. Optional meeting times may be listed in the class notes.
• Sync Online: Classes meet live on set days/times (synchronous). Most meetings happen in Zoom through Canvas.
• 02 Lecture: Classes are fully in person on campus at set days/times.

Step 5:

Identify the desired course and click “Show Sections” to expand the course and view additional course details.

To sign up, find and save the 5-digit CRN(s) for the classes you want, then follow the steps at noce.edu/register. For registration help:
