For students attending Anaheim Campus classes, parking permits ARE NOT required. Cypress Center and Wilshire Center students must order a FREE parking permit with Admissions and Records.

All other parking regulations will be enforced. Parking regulations and permits differ between the NOCE Centers; follow the guidelines below.

How to Order a Parking Permit:

Anaheim Campus Parking Permits

Student parking permits ARE NOT required in the 2024 Spring Semester. All other parking regulations will be enforced.

  • Parking Fees: Parking permits are not required in the 2024 Spring Semesters.
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space, or you will be ticketed.

Cypress Center Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at Cypress College and the Cypress Center. Permit assistance is available in Building 18, room 100, Admissions & Records office at the Cypress Center.

Parking for the spring 2024 semester is free. To access this free parking, you must register your vehicle(s) by January 28 and a spring parking permit will be sent to you via mail. Permits registered on or after January 29 will need to be picked up at the Campus Safety Office. Each vehicle needs to be registered. Vehicle permits are static cling and can be used on multiple vehicles; motorcycle permits are adhesive stickers.

Register your vehicle(s) by January 29. When registering your vehicle, you will need:

  • Active Student or Staff ID number
  • Vehicle license plate number
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Vehicle color
  • Vehicle make
  • Vehicle model

Wilshire Center Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at Fullerton College and the Wilshire Center. Permits will be available in the 300 building, Admissions & Records office at the Wilshire Center. Fullerton College parking permits are free for the 2024 Spring Semesters.

  • Parking Fees: Parking permits are free in the 2024 Spring Semesters.
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • If you do not have a permit, you will be ticketed. An NOCE parking permit applies to any space marked for students or any unmarked space. You will be ticketed if you park in unauthorized parking spots with a student permit such as 30-minute, staff, or reserved.
    • Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space or you will be ticketed.

Bus Passes

Bus passes are available at any NOCE Center at the Admissions and Registration Office for students who are enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week. 30-day passes are also available for the following students:

Disabled Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a disabled pass, the student must be pre-approved by OCTA first. Get more information.
Senior Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a bus pass for seniors, students must be 60 years of age or older. Get more information.
All Students – (cost is $69.00): To get a 30-day bus pass, visit the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office and be enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week.
