North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE) is committed to serving all members of the community and providing individuals with easily accessible pathways to education. A user-friendly website allows everyone to use our website as efficiently as possible. As an inclusive institution, NOCE is continually working on website accessibility. When creating web content, NOCE strives to be in compliance with regulations that requires agencies to provide disabled employees and the public the same kind of online access to information that is available to a non-disabled person, including the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 508; the state of California comparable Government Code Sections 7405, 11135 and 111546.7; and as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium at a minimum Level AA success criteria. All content on the NOCE website will also be optimized for all devices/browsers (i.e. tablets, smartphones, mobile devices, and modern browsers).

NOCE takes pride in remaining in compliance with legal regulations governing its institution. However, if an issue should arise, NOCE has provided a website accessibility feedback form and process to research and provide solution(s) for the issue. Below is the contact information should any community member have an issue with the NOCE website and need to file a complaint.
