The next step in your enrollment process is to apply through Opencccapply.net.

To assist you, we’ve included a step-by-step video that takes about 25 minutes to watch.

I recommend viewing it as you fill out your application, which should take between 25 minutes to an hour to complete.

After completing the CCCApply application, please email DSSAccessPass@noce.edu with your full name and date of birth to confirm your application status.

Please keep in mind:

  • Having your Social Security Number (SSN) ready; helps streamline the application process. This is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage you to include it.
  • After applying via CCCApply, you will receive a CCCID ID within 48 hours (note, this is not your NOCE student ID).

Once you complete this step, I will send you instructions to complete the NOCE DSS application. The community college system has a two-part application process. First, students need to apply to CCCApply, then students need to apply to the college they intend to enroll in.
