Students Need to Renew or Return their Laptops & Hotspots:
Students NOT taking online/hybrid classes for the upcoming Semester must return their laptops, along with the box they came in and the charger, to Room 714 of the Anaheim Campus.
Students who ARE taking online/hybrid classes for the upcoming Semester must renew their laptop or hotspot for the following semester by notifying us via email at laptoploan@noce.edu or calling us at (714) 808-4706
If you have an old hotspot (the AT&T Franklin A10s or the Moxees):
- Please return it so we can issue you a newer model, provided you are currently enrolled in an online class.
- Service on all older hotspot models will be turned off on November 29, 2024.

What if I need a laptop again in the next semester?
You may request a laptop again two weeks before the semester begins by going to noce.edu/laptop.

What are the consequences of not returning a laptop?
If you are not enrolled in an online/hybrid course and have not returned your device, we may place a hold on your account throughout the district or disable your device.

What if my device has been lost or stolen?
Inform STSS at laptoploan@noce.edu or (714) 808-4706 as soon as possible. There are currently no fees for lost or damaged devices.

Do I need to also return my hotspot when I return my laptop?
Yes, hotspots are to be used with the laptops, so we need to make them available for students currently taking online/hybrid classes.
