2024 Spring Students Need to Renew or Return their Laptops:

Students who are NOT taking online/hybrid classes during the Summer Semester must return their laptops, along with the box they came in and the charger, to the Anaheim Campus, in room 714.

Students who ARE taking online/hybrid classes during the Summer Semester must renew their laptop for the following semester by notifying us via email at laptoploan@noce.edu or calling us at (714) 808-4706

Need a laptop? We can help!

NOCE offers loaner laptops for students who are enrolled in online or hybrid classes.

At this time, laptops are unavailable for students taking in-person classes. We encourage in-person students who need to use a computer to visit our labs: Career Skills and Resource Lab, Learning Center, or ESL Student Support Center.

Individual Appointments for Laptop Loan Requests

Appointments are available!

Reservations are required and must be made one day prior at noce.edu/laptop

You will be notified when you can pick up a laptop at the Anaheim Campus in room 714.

Complete the Reservation Form One Day in Advance:

  • Must be enrolled in online or hybrid classes for the 2024 Summer Semester.
  • Visit: noce.edu/laptop to access the Laptop Loan Reservation Form via MyGateway.
    • If you have a loaned laptop on file, you may schedule a time to return the laptop through this reservation system.
  • Students must know their student ID number and password to log in. If you need help accessing MyGateway, contact StarHelp at: (714) 808-4679 or starhelp@noce.edu.

When You Pick Up Your Laptops, Students Should:

  • Must be enrolled in online or hybrid classes for the 2024 Summer Semester.
  • Complete the reservation form 24 hours before pick-up: noce.edu/laptop.
  • Bring the confirmation number listed in the reservation e-mail.
  • Bring your student ID or 2024 Summer Semester/Bill with your name and ID number listed.
