Here’s What Students Need to Know

Canvas access has been restored after this morning’s outage caused by an AWS incident. The system is now operational, and engineers are actively monitoring to ensure everything remains stable. If you were affected earlier, your access should return shortly.

  • Log in to Canvas and check each course’s Announcements, Modules, and Due Dates.
  • Follow any instructions from your instructors. Some may adjust deadlines or reopen quizzes and assignments that were impacted.
  • If your class met outside of Canvas (such as on Zoom), look for an email or update from your instructor with materials or next steps.
  • Clear your browser cache and try logging out and back into Canvas.
  • If issues continue, email your instructor and include a screenshot and a brief description of the problem.
