Call to Action Plan
Call to Action Plan’s goal is to address adverse effects of racism, to be deliberate and intentional in identifying and eliminating systemic barriers to racial injustice, inclusion, and equity.

Strategic Action Plan
The NOCE Strategic Plan is the guiding document of the school’s shared governance planning body, the President’s Cabinet. The plan lists school-wide goals, objectives, and action items.

WASC Accreditation Report
School-wide accreditation report. NOCE is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for school (ACS), Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Annual Report to the Community
The NOCE Annual Report to the Community is developed to showcase the academic year’s school-wide accomplishments and programmatic highlights. This report is developed, presented to the Board of Trustees, and distributed throughout the community.

Institutional Effectiveness Report
NOCE’s annual Institutional Effectiveness Report (IER) provides the school-wide and programmatic data and self-evaluation in order to measure achievements and outcomes as they relate to the institution’s mission.
