Presenters will share practical strategies for using data to guide program development, engage underserved populations, and build pathways that lead to stackable credentials and employment.

Advancing Together: Team-Based Strategies to Strengthen Noncredit Integration
In this hands-on workshop, leadership teams from colleges and districts will collaborate to explore practical strategies for advancing noncredit education. Through guided teamwork activities, participants will generate actionable ideas to either develop targeted noncredit pathways or refine institutional structures to embed noncredit programs into the campus framework better. The session will foster cross-functional collaboration, resulting in customized next steps tailored to each team’s institutional goals.
