Incorrect Grades

If you think there’s a mistake with your grade, please contact your teacher right away. If you can’t reach your teacher, you can also call the Student Records Coordinator at (714) 992-9514.

Grade Appeal

Students can officially ask to change the final grade they received in a class. They can do this if they think the grade was given unfairly or without good reason. To start the process, students can get the grade appeal form at any NOCE Admissions and Records Office or from our website.


Course Challenge (Computer Courses)

Contact Academic Computing at (714) 808-4919 to ask about computer course challenges.

Course Credit by Exam (Medical Courses)

If you have your credit by exam papers, please fax them to (714) 992-9599 with it addressed to the Student Records Coordinator, or mail them to 315 E. Wilshire Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832. You can also bring the papers to the Wilshire office in person. If you don’t have the papers or haven’t talked to a Counselor yet, call the Counseling Office at (714) 808-4682 to check on medical course credits that haven’t shown up on your record.


Courses Transferred From Another School / Petition for Course Substitution

If you want to transfer your schoolwork from another school or program to count for your current classes, you need to fill out a Petition for Course Substitution. You might also need to show your official transcripts or similar documents for the CTE Manager to approve. You can fill out the form in person at the CTE Office on the 5th floor of the Anaheim Campus. You can call (714) 808-4915 for more information. If you need help with the paperwork, you can make a Counseling appointment by calling (714) 808-4682.


Keyboarding Proficiency

If you haven’t taken the keyboarding exam yet, please call Academic Computing at (714) 808-4919 to ask about the test. You can also sign up for COMP 685 – Beginning Keyboarding and pass the class with a “P” grade to meet this requirement.


Counseling for High School Diploma or GED Advisement (Pharmacy Technician Program)

Please call the Counseling Office at (714) 808-4682 to set up an appointment and clear this requirement.


Pediatric First Aid / CPR Card

Please give a copy of the card to the Student Records Coordinator in person at 315 E. Whilshire, Fullerton, CA 92832, or send it by fax to (714) 992-9599.


If you applied for an Application for Program Certificate less than 2 years ago, you don’t need to fill out a new application or schedule another counseling appointment. Your first application is still on file and will be processed once the Records Office confirms you’ve met all the requirements. If it’s been more than 2 years since you applied, please call (714) 992-9514 to check if your application is still on file. If it isn’t, you might need to set up another counseling appointment.
