Students attending the 2024 Fall Semester will need to purchase a parking permit.
Students can purchase a parking permit at any of the three NOCE Admissions and Records offices. All other parking regulations will be enforced. Parking regulations and permits differ between the NOCE Centers; follow the guidelines below.
How to Order a Parking Permit:
Anaheim Campus Parking Permits
Student parking permits will be required in the 2024 Fall Semester. Parking regulations will be enforced. Permits can be purchased at the Admissions & Records office (East Lot Portable 201-P).
- Parking Fees:
- Semester Fee – $40
- Daily Fee – $3.00
- Parking Permit Guidelines:
- A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
- Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
- Do not back into the parking space, or you will be ticketed.

Cypress Center Parking Permits
Parking permits are required to park at Cypress College and the Cypress Center. Permit assistance is available in Building 18, room 100, Admissions & Records office at the Cypress Center.
Each vehicle needs to be registered. Vehicle permits are static cling and can be used on multiple vehicles; motorcycle permits are adhesive stickers.
Cypress College Campus Safety office is located in the Business Building, 1st Floor, near Lot 1.
When registering your vehicle, you will need:
- Active Student or Staff ID number
- Vehicle license plate number
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Vehicle color
- Vehicle make
- Vehicle model

Wilshire Center Parking Permits
Parking permits are required to park at Fullerton College and the Wilshire Center. Permits will be available in the 300 building, Admissions & Records office at the Wilshire Center.
- Parking Fees:
- Semester Fee – $40
- Daily Fee – $3.00
- Parking Permit Guidelines:
- A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
- If you do not have a permit, you will be ticketed. An NOCE parking permit applies to any space marked for students or any unmarked space. You will be ticketed if you park in unauthorized parking spots with a student permit such as 30-minute, staff, or reserved.
- Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
- Do not back into the parking space or you will be ticketed.

Bus Passes
Bus passes are available at any NOCE Center at the Admissions and Registration Office for students who are enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week. 30-day passes are also available for the following students:
Disabled Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a disabled pass, the student must be pre-approved by OCTA first. Get more information. |
Senior Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a bus pass for seniors, students must be 60 years of age or older. Get more information. |
All Students – (cost is $69.00): To get a 30-day bus pass, visit the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office and be enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week. |
Passes are sold year-round. The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) provides bus service to each of our three NOCE Centers. For more information, call (714) 636-7433.
EV Charging Stations

Rates and Fees
EV charging rate is $0.35 per kWh for the first four hours.
The rate increases to a flat $5 per hour after four hours.

Time Limit
Vehicles parked in EV charging spots must be charging and cannot exceed four hours.
Vehicles that exceed the four-hour limit are subject to being ticketed.

EV Charging Locations & Parking Regulations
At this time, there are EV charging stations at the Anaheim Campus and Fullerton College. Cypress College is planning to add EV charging stations in the future.

EV Charging App
The charging app system for the EV charging stations will be Evocharge at the Anaheim Campus. Instructions for use will be shared once set up is complete.
