Students taking in-person classes at NOCE must purchase a parking permit.

If you’re a registered student, you can buy a parking permit at any of the three NOCE Admissions and Records offices. Remember to bring a photo ID. The cost is $20 for the summer semester and $40 for the fall and spring semesters. You need a permit to park at Anaheim Campus, NOCE Cypress Center, NOCE Wilshire Center, Cypress College, and Fullerton College. Park in marked spaces for on-campus classes at the Anaheim Campus, Cypress Center, and Wilshire Center. One NOCE parking permit is valid at all District Campuses. All other parking rules still apply.

How to Order a Parking Permit:

Anaheim Campus Parking Permits

You can purchase permits at the Admissions & Records office (2nd Floor Lobby).

  • Parking Fees:
    • Fall and Spring Fee – $40
    • Summer Fee – $20
    • Daily Fee – $3.00
  • Forms of Payment Accepted:
    • Cash (no bills larger than $50)
    • Card (visa or mastercard)
    • Check (made payable to North Orange Continuing Education)
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • Parking permits are refundable only before the first class meeting and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space, or you will be ticketed.

Do NOT park in the Medical Center (black building) parking across the street. Your car will be towed.

Cypress Center Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at Cypress College and the Cypress Center. You can purchase permits in Building 18, Room 100, at the Cypress Center Admissions & Records Office.

Semester Parking Permits

  • Parking Fees:
    • Fall and Spring Fee – $40
    • Summer Fee – $20
    • Daily Fee – $3.00
  • Forms of Payment Accepted
    • CREDIT CARD ONLY. No cash or checks, no exceptions.

Wilshire Center Parking Permits

Parking permits are required to park at Fullerton College and the Wilshire Center. You can buy permits at the Wilshire Center Admissions & Records office in the 300 building.

  • Parking Fees:
    • Fall and Spring Fee – $40
    • Summer Fee – $20
    • Daily Fee – $3.00
  • Forms of Payment Accepted:
    • Cash (no bills larger than $50)
    • Card (visa or mastercard)
    • Check (made payable to North Orange Continuing Education)
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • If you do not have a permit, you will be ticketed. An NOCE parking permit applies to any space marked for students or any unmarked space. You will be ticketed if you park in unauthorized parking spots with a student permit, such as 30-minute, staff, or reserved.
    • Parking permits are refundable only before the first class meeting and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space, or you will be ticketed.
