Welcome to the NOCE Cap and Gown Loan Program

The NOCE Cap and Gown Loan Program provides students facing financial difficulties with caps and gowns for those who choose to participate in commencement.

Please note: gown sizes are limited, and preferred sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fill out the form below as soon as possible.

Pickup Information:

  • Start Date: April 28, 2026
  • Days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Hours: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and
    2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Location: NOCE Anaheim Campus
    1830 W. Romneya Drive, Anaheim, CA 92801
    2nd floor – Registration Area
  • Final Day for Pickup: May 12, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

To participate, students must complete a Graduation Check (Grad Check) or required forms with a counselor.

Gown Availability:

Gown sizes are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will do our best to provide a gown within the appropriate size range; however, specific sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policy:

All borrowed caps and gowns must be returned immediately following the ceremony at the designated table near the check-in station.
