About CC TAP
The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office selected North Orange Continuing Education (NOCE), a standalone noncredit institution within the North Orange County Community College District, to support the California Adult Education Program Technical Assistance Project to enhance the technical assistance capacity currently provided. In collaboration with the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE), CAEP TAP at NOCE provides technical assistance to CAEP consortia under the direction of the CCC Chancellor’s Office. CAEP TAP at NOCE specializes in providing technical assistance in topics related to community college noncredit adult education.
The Technical Assistance Project (TAP) is a support service for California Adult Education Program consortia members who need assistance related to CAEP.
Members and associates can submit a support request to receive help on:
- CAEP Funding
- Planning
- Reporting
- Governance
- Policy
- Professional Development
